Discuss a materials requirement

Manufacturing heritage. Application-led discussions.

Founded in 1942 by Salvador Arena, Termomecanica manufactures semi-finished and finished non-ferrous products, including copper and its alloys. Its published portfolio also includes selected aluminium products. Product selection begins with the intended application, required material condition and subsequent manufacturing process.

Nexus Bravo supports Japan-market customer development and projects whose purchasing or engineering requirements originate in Japan. The manufacturer confirms the offered product, technical specifications and supply conditions.

Product categories for supplier review.

Product form Information to establish
Rolled strip and sheet Alloy, temper, thickness, width, tolerances and coil or cut-length requirements.
Wire Grade, diameter, material condition, coil format and downstream forming or machining process.
Bars, rods and profiles Alloy, section, dimensions, length, tolerances and intended application.
Copper tubes Industrial or refrigeration application, alloy, outside diameter, wall thickness, internal geometry and supplied form.
Bronze products Required grade, bushing or stock form, dimensions and operating conditions.
Aluminium tubes and electrical busbars Product form, alloy or conductivity requirement, dimensions and relevant application standards.

These are manufacturer portfolio categories, not a guarantee that every grade or dimension is available for export. Availability, minimum order quantity, specifications and approvals are confirmed for each enquiry.

Prepare a commercially useful RFQ.

  • Material standard and grade, temper and any proposed equivalent.
  • Drawing, product form, dimensions and critical tolerances.
  • End use, downstream process and required material or inspection documentation.
  • Trial quantity, order lot, estimated annual demand and delivery destination.
  • Packaging, target schedule and requested shipment terms.

Quotation discussions should identify the metal-price reference and period where applicable, processing charges, currency, quotation validity, freight basis and payment terms. These conditions are established in the supplier’s offer.

Clear roles throughout evaluation.

Nexus Bravo organises customer requirements, supplier questions, quotations, sample discussions and follow-up. Termomecanica confirms product capability and technical documentation; the customer establishes qualification and acceptance requirements. The contracting seller, buyer and importing party are confirmed for the transaction.
